The layout of the restaurant is interesting as it is divided into two halves, so that despite its size, there is an intimate feel to it. The atmosphere here is relaxed, friendly and welcoming with new décor incorporating warm colours to make the visitor feel relaxed and comfortable.
We are no strangers to authentic Indian food, but dining at The Signature Restaurant is
indeed a learning experience!
Where else would you find the rare combination of North and South Indian Cuisine? For
our appetiser we chose Onion Bhajee and Mini Masala Dosa, a mini pancake delicacy
filled with potato stuffing. There is an extensive wine list and the menu offers plenty of
choice to suit all tastes.
We selected a nice Rose wine to refresh us on this warm summers evening. From a wide choice of entrée’s we indulged ourselves with a Chicken Khorma and Chettinadu Pepper Chicken, marinated cubes of chicken cooked with peppercorn and spices and a delicious selection of vegetables, rice and Coconut Paratha Bread. The food was beautifully presented and although based on authentic, classic Indian formulas was prepared with a modern and imaginative approach.
The dishes were served by attentive, friendly and efficient staff who did much to make our evening special.
With its unmatched food quality, and excellent service we feel that it is undoubtedly
one of the best Indian restaurants in this area.
