What is your age policy?

Signature | Dining by Pure is an exclusive dining experience crafted for guests who are 18 years and older. Please be aware we operate an ID Check and Scan procedure is in place upon entry for your safety and security. We kindly request that all guests bring valid photo identification with them to ensure a seamless experience. 

However, we understand the importance of family time, so we've made an exception on Sundays. Younger guests below 18 years of age are welcome for Sunday Lunch when accompanied by adults. Please be aware high chairs are not available in the restaurant, so please plan your visit accordingly. 

What is the restaurant’s dress code? 

At Signature | Dining by Pure, we emphasise a smart/trendy ambience to mirror the style of our sister site, Pure Lounge Club, which is situated on the ground floor.

For our guests:

- Please avoid sportswear, tracksuits, caps, and hoodies.

- Wear smart, clean trainers or shoes.

- Aim for a smart and trendy look.

Please note that we may refuse entry or cancel reservations if our dress code isn't followed. Thanks for understanding and helping maintain the atmosphere at Signature | Dining by Pure.

What is your reservations policy?

If you plan to visit Signature | Dining by Pure, we recommend that you reserve a table via our booking system. 

Credit Card details are required to hold your booking. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours, after which a charge of £10 per person applies. Cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation or a cancellation charge of £10 per person will be incurred. 

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we are required to keep your contact details on file for 21 days if it is necessary to contact you.

Does signature cater for people with dietary requirements?

We are always happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements. You can discuss these with the restaurant in advance or inform your server when you arrive.

The front-of-house teams in our restaurants are equipped with information regarding different dietary requirements and can provide allergen information upon request.

We are also pleased to offer a Vegetarian and Vegan menu, which you can view here.

Allergen information

Whilst every effort is made to minimise cross-contamination, our ingredients are manufactured, and our dishes are prepared, in environments where allergens are present. We cannot, therefore, guarantee that any item on our menu is allergen-free.

Please check the allergen information every time you visit our restaurant as we may have changed the recipe or the ingredients of one or more of our dishes.

Is Signature accessible for wheelchair users?

Signature Restaurant is located on the first floor of our building, which is only accessible via a staircase of 18 steps, and there is currently no elevator within the building.

Therefore, we regret to state we cannot currently welcome guests with wheelchairs or mobility issues at present.

What events and entertainment do you host at Signature? 

Signature | Dining by Pure offers an eclectic blend of events and entertainment to enhance your dining experience. Please follow us on Instagram for more up-to-date event information @SignatureDiningByPure. 

Here's a snapshot of our weekly highlights:

Friday Night Brunch: Join us from 9pm to 11pm. To get the weekend celebrations started in style, our resident DJs bring the feel-good tunes and our bartenders the free-flowing drinks. Follow your Friday night brunch reservation with free entry to Pure Lounge Club. 

Saturday Day Brunch: A relaxed setting from 3pm to 5pm, ideal for daytime indulgence. Note that there's no DJ during this slot.

Saturday Night Brunch: Saturday night celebrations with our evening brunch from 9pm to 11pm, complete with resident DJs throughout the night. Follow your Saturday night brunch reservation with free entry to Pure Lounge Club. 

Sunday Roasts: Family-friendly Sunday Roasts in Signature | Dining by Pure. 

Christmas Brunch: New time slots for Christmas Brunches throughout December are as follows starting from Thursday 30th Nov:

Thursdays: 8pm - 10pm

Fridays: 6pm - 8pm / 9pm - 11pm

Saturdays: 3pm - 5pm / 6pm - 8pm / 9pm - 11pm

Please note that the A La Carte menu will be unavailable in December.
